Agu explaining to Nasha the fabrication of the social glue

Most of my findings over the years support 100% the formation of groups of a few males
with one leader, controlling a much larger group of prehistoric humans, using force.
Whereby the challenge for the leadership is constant.

The leader of the controlling group discipline's the members by brutal
force, and the controlling group including the group leader use great
violant force upon the larger groups, to force them to do whatever the
controlling group wants them to do.

But you know all that already, through our findings of bone remains
in patterns, in many excavated locations.
( Bone remains from food ) & ( Bone remains from dead prehistoric humans ),
The mark's on the bones indicating the cause of their death, to a high degree.

What you also know, because we have discussed all this in many occasions,
Is the direct parallel behaviors we are seen in the present.
Very educated and clever modern humans can't shack-up the fundamental
natural behaviors.

With one difference;
Brutal force has been substituted for the every day engagements by a value
exchange mechanism, psychological & physiological theorems.

While I am talking, you are thinking:
" What is the urgency for me wanting to talk to you ? "

Well,
You also know that we will not find a new geological material, or crystal
like in the movies. The last 300 earth years we have sieved continents
and oceans for new things, with no great success.
So, I did not find anything new in that respect either.

But the last few months some thoughts don't allow me to sleep easy.

We can not go through life any longer pretending everything is great.
Our technical capacity is more then enough to move into our solar system
in a grand scale, tacking all the losses into account.
But the market place is not setup for profitable endeavors.

<< Nasha is laughing..>>

You will go to England and get a certified. A toolbox with a user manual
of how to be a modern archaeologist.

I care about you inner drive, that's why I want to add this:
Don't fall into the trap " GETTING WORK DONE FOR MONEY "
You will be covert in dirt when you excavate anyway, don't carry with
you the dirt that is very hard to wash away.

<< Nasha is laughing..>>

Nasha:

Thank you for your advise, you know very well what is driving me.
But still, is that all you wanted to talk about, urgently ?

Agu:

No !
That was the starter,
What follows is the main dish.

< NASHA IS LAUGHING - Should I be scared ? - or Should I be happy ? >
I am asking this, because I know you are not a comedian.

Agu:

My work in cultural resource management ensure that construction work done on or near archaeological
sites complies with historical preservation laws.

This job is all about understanding the development of the human species over centuries.
Working for the government is one thing, but government and private research institutions,
like:
Institute of Agricultural Research and Training,
Institute of Archaeology and Museum Studies,
Raw Materials Research and Development Council,
National Centre for Energy Research and Development.

All of them are very directional, regardless of the authenticity of my primary interest's as a
researcher ( Archaeologist - Anthropologist ).

As you know I also work for two colleges and four universities.
The Nigerian Region for National Integration is the concern.

A population of 140 million attained independence in 1960. Since then there has been the challenge of
incorporating the diverse peoples into a stable and United Nation community with the utmost goal of
attaining creditable development.

The Nigerian political and social history is the story of our determined pursuit of two major
social values, one of which is national unity through ideological, social, economic and political
integration, ha - ha - ha - ha - ha - ha..!!
On the basis of social justice and development through the maximization and even distribution of the
material means of existence, ha - ha - ha - ha - ha - ha ..!!

What is all this I have to put up with my dear Nasha ?

The intention is to show how archaeology has made it clear that at least by late Stone Age times,
much of the Nigerian region was occupied by human populations. These early human groups adopted
various strategies of coping with the physical and cultural demands of their environment through
inter-group relations for a common development.

The way they are using archaeology of the Nigerian region in achieving National integration for the
role of school and general public and then the conclusion;
Conceptualization aiming as a discipline for Nigeria’s integration.

What am I ? ...together with all my colleague's ?
Superman, or Spiderman ?

The Nigerian economy is based on strong Agriculture, Oil and Gas sectors. However, because
of its dependence on oil revenues the economy is very vulnerable to fluctuations in international prices.

So, in short, I have concluded throughout my research, the following.
My dear Nasha, here I give you the main dish.

The public sector concentrating on infrastructure and education,
The private sector leading economic growth, again, ECONOMIC growth.

Since 2008 the government has begun to show the political will to implement the market-oriented
reforms urged by the IMF.

I sayed again,
"!..Urged by the IMF..!"

From 1999, with the support of the IMF, the World Bank, yes,
THE WORLD BANK,
And the international community, sorry, I meant to say:
Industrial and social global elite.

NIGERIA - HAS - BEEN - SOLD - OUT to global organized scum bags.
Sorry,
I am very sorry.

Nasha:

Yes, I know, please go on.

Agu:

This, we call Globalization, as you also know.
So, the cream dela cream of your main dish is:
Globalization ----> we say YES.
Monopolized Integrated control bodies ----> we say NO.

Nasha:

I understand what you are putting down, but what can we do ?
They have ALL THE WEAPONS.

Agu:

So did the Romen's, O.K it's by far not the same, but with a little luck and the
Bio-Rythem on our side, lot's can be done.

I will say to you this:
A master's degree or doctorate in archaeology is almost essential. You'll need at least
a master's degree for most jobs, but for some—particularly those that involve teaching
at a college or university or require advanced technical or leadership skills,
it's necessary to earn a DOCTORATE.

Having the doctorate, YOU WILL BE HAVY ARMED.
You will be able to meet the right people on the right level, where you can fish
for FREEDOM hungry individuals that are stuck, but have humanly dreams.

This will take five to six earth years from today when you put your foot into the university.

Nasha:

We are soo in phace, maybe because I know you for a long period.
Actually, when I was first introduced to you I was just 11 earth years of age,
Through my mothers associates meeting in our home.

So yes,
I always wanted to say: " When I grow up I will become a fisher woman ".
And now I am so happy to know that my studies will be my weapon arsenal.

This thoughts of realistic intent is really excelling my hunger for becoming
a archaeologist.
